I specialize in Mental Health First Aid, Mexican Rebozo techniques, Spinning Babies, postpartum recovery, and newborn care. I offer integrative, hands-on support, tailored to your family’s unique needs. My approach blends the best of Western medicine with alternative therapies like chiropractic care and massage, embracing the importance of seeing each person as a whole. This holistic, evidence-based method fosters calm, confidence, and clarity during the early days of parenthood.

  • First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation to determine your needs and see if I can support you.

  • Pricing is based on the type of support you're looking for. I promise fair rates and will always require your approval before we begin services.

  • This all depends on you. Did you hire me at 12 weeks or 36 weeks pregnant, or after your baby was born? Timelines depend on my availability. I am transparent with my ability to serve you. I generally dedicate as much time as I can within reason per client, ensuring I do not overbook myself and that everyone is given my proper attention. There is always a possibility of an extension based on my availability.
