Meet Mary

Seattle Birth & Postpartum Doula | Owner of Rosula Doula

Supportive, straightforward, and good at swaddling babies and calming chaos. Yes, yours too.

I can look exhausted parents in the eye and say, “You’re not failing. You’re human. Let’s figure this out together.”

I want you to feel empowered in your capabilities, and also recognize that pregnancy and parenthood are new capacities you never knew you were capable of. With that said, give yourself grace as you figure it out. Every day is a new day, and we’re all living this life for the first time ourselves.

Whether you’re birthing your baby, knee-deep in parenting, or I’m your confidant in the middle of the night, I’m here to walk with you. You don’t have to have it all together. You just have to be here. I’ll meet you there.

I'm not here to give you a Pinterest-perfect version of support - I’m here for the real stuff. The “Why won’t the baby sleep?”, “Is this normal?”, and “I haven’t eaten anything but toast in two days” kind of moments. I’ve worked with families from all walks of life, and no matter where you’re starting from, I meet you there, with zero judgment and a whole lot of heart.

About Mary

Birth Doula. Certified Postpartum Doula. Newborn Care Specialist. Sleep Consultant. Advocate. Dedicated birth worker.

Since 2016, I’ve supported families through pregnancy, postpartum, and the wild, beautiful mess of early parenthood. What started as nanny work quickly grew into a calling - combining compassionate care, evidence-based knowledge, and practical solutions to help families feel grounded and confident.

From birth to bottle refusals, and toddler meltdowns to safe sleep routines, I bring a steady presence, a well-trained eye, and a deep respect for every family’s unique story. Whether you’re navigating newborn life, recovering from birth, or just need someone to say, "You’re doing enough," I’m here.
